The Kinlochbervie Hotel has the fishing rights on the Rhiconich Estate and sells permits for the Sandwood Estate and the Kinlochbervie and Durness Angling Club.

The Rhiconich Estate fishings offer excellent salmon and sea trout fishing on a number of lochs and rivers as well as almost countless wild brown trout lochs to challenge the most intrepid fisherman.

We have new boats on seven lochs and we can provide ghillies by arrangement. Drying facilities are available as well as freezing, hot smoking and vacuum packing for your catch.

The beautiful clear waters off the north west coast of Scotland offer excellent sea angling with many fish species available, including haddock, hake, skate, cod, mackerel, pollack, coley, whiting and wrasse, with wreck fishing a speciality. The Nimrod is a beautifully maintained traditional craft, sailing out of Kinlochbervie harbour in the capable hands of vastly experienced owner/skipper Jimmy MacIntosh.

The Nimrod is insured for 12 persons and is also available for diving, nature watching and pleasure trips.
